What we do

Switchboard is a new way to route phone calls.

After a customer dials a business, they receive a switchboard on their screen which contains quick links to common tasks. Sometimes this is all a customer needs and never even connects to a customer service agent.


If they do connect, customers are able to share a screen with the business they’ve called, while simultaneously having a standard phone conversation.

Businesses are able to provide customer support faster, more efficiently, and with higher customer satisfaction than a standard phone call or text based chat.
